Hang on to the wall

As improbable as it is delightful, the return of the vinyl record as a medium for listening to recorded music, which began in the mid-2000s, is a mystery that continues to be discussed by journalists and sociologists of all stripes. Nostalgics, hipsters, sound ayatollahs: this is how new consumers of the black (or not) disc are described.

While the media – vinyl record, CD, mp3, streaming, or even live – have never been so numerous, this range of consumers is undoubtedly much broader, with pleasure as their common denominator: the pleasure of a sensual object (graphics, touch, sound) combined with listening stripped of all freneticism. Slow listening, in a way.

At Rock on Wall, we are proud to have supported this movement since 2006 through innovative, quality, and fairly priced accessories for vinyl records, and to invite everyone to take the time for excellence. Our vinyl record frame, which allows – in a single gesture and without dismantling – the highlighting of your favorite sleeves, is the most striking example.

Because isn't music simply too personal a subject to entrust solely to Deezer or Spotify playlists?
